About Saphy
​
Saphy completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy in 2013, followed by a Master’s degree in Public Health – Nutrition.
Since graduating, Saphy has worked in busy clinics where she gained extensive experience managing a wide range of health conditions. Her true passion lies in supporting patients with hormonal imbalances and fertility challenges, as well as mood disorders and naturopathic mental health, particularly anxiety and depression.
She also has a strong clinical focus on digestive health, providing naturopathic and nutritional support for IBS, IBD, food intolerances, allergies, and cancer management.

Saphy is deeply committed to evidence-based practice, combining her scientific mindset with a genuine passion for helping people achieve optimal health. She integrates general and functional pathology testing to uncover underlying causes of symptoms, using this information to create tailored treatment plans involving diet, nutritional supplementation, and herbal medicine.

Research:
In addition to her clinical work, Saphy remains active in the research field. She has contributed to various nutrition research studies. She is a co-author on several scientific publications, with research interests in nutrition, cancer, and metabolomics.

Saphy is dedicated to ongoing learning and regularly attends professional seminars and conferences. She is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and is registered with most Australian private health funds as a Clinical Nutritionist.
Appointments with Saphy are available in-person or via Zoom, Monday to Friday.
