Saphy Moussa

Saphy completed her Bachelor of Health Science, Naturopathy, in 2013, and then went on to complete her Masters in Public Health - Nutrition.

Since completing her Naturopathy degree, Saphy has worked in busy clinics, allowing her to gain a wealth of experience in managing a wide range of health complaints. Her real passion though, is helping patients presenting with Hormonal imbalances issues and Fertility, as well as, Mood disorders and naturopathic Mental health, particularly Anxiety and Depression. She is also experienced in providing naturopathic and nutritional medicine advice for Digestive health such as IBS, IBD, Food intolerances and allergies, and manage various Cancer.

Saphy is very scientifically minded, but also so passionate about helping people to achieve the best health they possibly can through Naturopathic and Nutritional Medicine. She uses General and Functional pathology testing to get a good understanding of a patients presenting symptoms and underlying imbalances contributing to their health complaint, and then utilises Diet, Nutritional and Herbal medicine to correct any imbalances.

Besides being a busy practitioner, Saphy also spends a lot of time reading research articles, and getting involved in research studies. She has had experience at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research (QIMR) in the Gastroenterology laboratory. She is also Tutoring Clinical Research at the University of Queensland

Saphy is constantly looking for new ways to achieve even better health outcomes for her patients who she cares so much about.

Saphy is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), and she maintains continuing professional development by attending regular seminars and conferences throughout each year.

Saphy is registered with most Australian private health funds as a clinical Nutritionist. She is available for appointments One - to - One consultation or Via Video Consultation (Zoom) Monday - Friday.
